iOS 6.1 is available, bringing support for most LTE networks globally and other fixes

Apple has released version 6.1 of iOS. The most important improvement the new update brings is the activation of support for most LTE networks all over the world, for iPhone 5 and iPad 4G owners, among which is Cosmote.

Additionally, the new version introduces a series of new features, like the ability to purchase tickets via Fandango with the assistance of Siri (in America only), as well as the restoration of several iTunes Match functions, “lost” during the update to iOS 6.0.

So, subscribers to this service can now download once again single tracks from iCloud, while albums and playlists can now be deleted on the device.

The updated version is available to download via iTunes or OTA, for iPhone 3GS or later, iPad 2 or later, iPod Touch 4th generation or later, as well as for the iPad Mini.
