Google Keep: Official premiere for the web and Android application

Google officially presents Keep through a blog post, a new note application to the standards of Evernote.

It offers facilities like search or the color code on the notes, and it's available for both PC -where it operates quickly and directly through Google Drive- and on Android, by downloading the application that you can find on Google Play (it works on devices that feature Android version 4.0 or above)

It allows you both to write and to transcribe your voice notes, and sync them directly with the web so you can access them from anywhere.

It is worth noting that on the Android application there also a widget for you to access the application from your home screen, and if you have a mobile with Android 4.2 you can also add a lock screen widget.
