Is this HTC M4, the first mid-range Ultrapixel smartphone?

HTC First was just announced a couple of days ago, during Facebook's official event, sporting a full Facebook Home UI and impressive technical specs. According to rumors though, HTC has already designed another version of this device, without Facebook Home UI on top, or other relevant features.

Instead HTC plans to incorporate full Ultrapixel technology (first seen on the HTC One flagship), on the device code named M4. According to leaks all over the web, this new mid-range Ultrapixel smartphone will feature a dual-core Snapdragon 400 MSM8930 processor (1.2GHz), a 4.3 inch display, 16GB of storage and Android 4.2.2 with HTC's Sense 5.0 UI on top!

This mid-range M4 device will be available (according to the same rumors) with a more official name since HTC makes a habit of code-naming its devices this way (HTC One was code-named M7 after all).
