HP Slate 7 pricing revealed - €149, ready to hit stores the 1st of July



According to the French retailer Rue Du Commerce we are beginning to see signs of a possible pricing on HP's first Android tablet. The French retailer, which seems to be the only one taking orders right now, just put a price to the Slate 7 Android tablet and asks for 149€ for it. The webpage above also mentions that they expect to begin shipments on June 1, which is a couple of months away.

In case you missed the official unveiling of the device, let us remind you some of its most impressive specs. HP Slate 7 runs on Android 4.1 OS and is powered by a dual-core 1.6GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor. It features a large 7-inch display (1024x600p) and comes with 8GB of internal storage and a micro SD expansion slot.

On the back side, HP has included a 3.0MPixel camera while on the front a VGA camera will take care of your Skype calls. In addition the device offers 1GB of RAM, Beats Audio support, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
