XBOX fans, mark the date: May 21

Microsoft announced last week that it's going to unveil the next Xbox (also known as Durango), on May 21st. The event will take place at Microsoft's home base in Redmond, Washington, but will also be available for streamers on Spike TV.

According to a post in Major Nelson's blog, the full lineup of game titles will be announced 19 days later at E3. The internet is full of rumors at this time concerning Microsoft's new gaming console. Some insist that it will require an internet connection to play, and also that it will not be able to play used games. Microsoft hasn't responded officialy to all of these, so we'll just have to wait a couple of weeks to find out the truth.
