Google unveiled the new Nexus 7 running on Android 4.3

Well it's real you guys, after several hundreds of leaked images and specs, the new Nexus 7 from Google was unveiled today in a great event, along with the release of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean version.


The device will be available in two versions: 16GB and 32GB. It packs an HD display 1920 x 1200 pixels with 323 ppi (the highest we've ever seen in a tablet), Snapdragon S4 Pro 8064 SoC @ 1.5GHz, 2GB of RAM, Adreno 320 GPU, 2 cameras (5.0 and 1.2MPixels) and stereo speakers. It also offers NFC support, LTE (in some models) Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, HDMI slot and wireless charging capability. It's battery offers almost 9 hours of HD video playback and 10 hours of web browsing. It's ever slimmer than its predecessor (1.8 mm thinner) and almost 50 gr. lighter. It also has a 2.75 mm narrower bezel in each side!

The device will be available in 3 versions and its price in the US will be: 229$ for the WiFi version (16GB), 269$ for the WiFi version (32GB) and 349$ for the LTE version (32GB). It will be available from the 30th of July in and some retailers. Soon it will also be available in the UK, France, Japan, Canada, Australia, Spain and other countries.
