Acer Liquid 2: worlds first smartphone with 4k video recording ability

Just a couple of days before IFA 2013, Acer unveiled its first smartphone with 4k video recording ability, called Liquid S2!


The device packs a 6 inch Full HD IPS display with 368 ppi and Gorilla Glass 3 support, a quad core Snapdragon 800 SoC @ 2.2GHz, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage with microSD support, a 13MPixel camera, 4G, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and GPS support, along with a 3300 mAh battery. On the back the device packs a 13MPixels camera with a 28mm lens capable of capturing 4K (ultra HD) video, high-framerate Full HD (60fps) and slow motion video. It will hit stores by October in Europe but we still have no info on its pricing.
