The Big Bang Theory and the 1 million dollars payment per episode

The Big Bang Theory is the most successful tv series of CBS Channel, with 19 million viewers watching its every episode, making its sixth season one of the biggest hits in American television for this year and not only.

These numbers do not pass unnoticed by the cast, who recently demanded some increases in their payment. Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch, who used to gain $25,000 per episode, signed an agreement to ensure that in the 7th season they will get $60,000 each, an amount that will increase up to $100,000 at the end of their contract. Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco are the undisputed stars of the series, which means that they want more than $325,000 per episode from the channel that they used to gain. The negotiations are going on and the details are unknown, but rumours say that the three stars will ask for more than 1 million dollars, an amount which brings to our mind the payments of the cast of "Friends", who respectively gained this money in the last season. Only Charlie Sheen won more, after the 8th season of Two and a half Men, as his payment was 1.8 million dollars per episode.
