Now you can visit CERN too (via Google Street View)

You all know CERN, the largest particle physics laboratory in the world, located outside of Geneva.

Some of the greatest physicists in the world are there and with the help of the advanced particle accelerators, they want to solve some complex scientific questions which concern the humanity for many years, almost from the first moment of our existence.

The laboratory of CERN opened, therefore, the "doors" of its facilities in Google Street View so you can make a tour (even virtual) and get a taste of the laboratories, the control centers and the hundreds of underground tunnels that house the impressive experiments. You will also find some panoramic images from four experiments: Alice, Atlas, CMS and the famous accelerator Large Hadron Collider (LHC).  Are you ready?
