Google and Audi: Is this the cooperation of the year?

A few days before CES 2014, reports want Google to announce its cooperation with Audi for the production and integration of Android in-car systems! We remind you that the effort has already started a long time ago from Apple with BMW, Daimler, General Motors, Ferrari, Honda and Mercedes-Benz to have come out in support of the company from Cupertino. However, Google wants to go one step further with Audi (let us not forget that it is part of the 1st car manufacturer worldwide, VW), creating in-car infotainment systems that will run on Android and will be able to work seamlessly with any Android smartphone or tablet, to run all the known apps that we use daily.

This can be implemented relatively quickly, if the two companies get down to work and it's very likely to see the first vehicles with Android in 2015. In addition, we will see more and more vehicles with 3G/ 4G connectivity, whether it comes from the mobile phone/tablet of the user to share with the truck or whether they will have their own modem connection with the network. Whatever the case may be, we will see many new, "smart" cars over the next few years even in this decade. Whether this is for the benefit of automotive or not, it remains to be seen.
