Is Microsoft preparing a free version of Windows 8.1?

Reports want Microsoft to experiment on a free version of Windows 8.1, in order to increase their number of users. "Windows 8.1 with Bing", as probably what the new version will be called, it will incorporate certian applications and services from Microsoft, in order to make the new version of the American company accessible to more people.


Windows 8.1 with Bing will be placed, therefore, free (or at a very low cost) as an upgrade to Windows 7 users, but also to manufactures as an equally attractive option for the integration on their devices. We have read that Microsoft is considering placing a low price or free on versions of Windows Phone, at a time when the company is continuing to work on the project of integration Windows RT and Windows Phone. All of these actions are aiming at the services and applications of the company, as regards on the cloud, to present a momentum and to have profitable route.
