James Rebhorn passed away at the age of 65

The veteran actor who had in his resume a lot of major roles in films such as Independence Day and Scent of a Woman while his last role was the father of the agent of CIA, Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes) in Homeland, did not finally manage to win the battle with a melanoma that he had for many years.
