Leaked photos and specs for Sony’s new flagship phone, the Xperia Yuga

A russian website has leaked photos of a new smartphone by Sony, with a 5-inch screen, named Yuga C6603. It’s quite possible that Sony will call it Xperia Yuga, but we’ll have to wait until MWC (Mobile World Congress) to know more.

It seems to be Sony’s new flagship phone for the new year, as this new creation has all the features necessary to justify this title.

Specifically, it integrates a 5-inch screen with a FullHD 1080p (1920x1080 pixels) resolution, with a pixel density of 440 ppi and Mobile Bravia Engine, a quad-core Snapdragon S4 CPU by Qualcomm, with an Adreno 320 GPU, 2 GB of RAM, and a variety of available capacity values for data storage.

The rest of its tech specs include WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, 4G / LTE and a 12-MP Exmor rear camera. Its operating system is Android 4.1, however it’s expected to upgrade to version 4.2 before it’s presented during MWC.
